Dropped the car off on Wednesday morning due to the check engine light being on. I had already read the code at auto zone and it was the exact zone that appeared in April when this dealer had me replace the catalytic converter. Since they had done the repair before I wanted to take it back to them. Even when they did the repair the technician broke a hose in April. We have been using Fairway Ford for 40 years both for purchase and service. Very familiar with the staff and service team. We traveled in from Murrieta and waited in the customer lounge. They got it finished in the time frame they said and it all went well.

The only negative comment I have is when I paid, the clerk should have stated there is additional fee if you use a credit card. I could have gotten a check or paid in cash to pay the amount. And/or the sign indicating the additional amount should be posted in a larger size sign.

They listen troubleshoot, guide, are honest , give rides back to house if car is left for service, moves car out in waiting que very quickly so there is no backup when u drive into service area, they best is they wash your car, how amazing and wonderful is that.

Everyone was super helpful and worked hard to get me a good deal. The only thing I was disappointed about was that when I asked the finance guy about the $3500 California first time EV buyers rebate, he didn’t know what I was talking about and then he said I would need to apply for it after the purchase. When I got home I went online and found out that the dealer is supposed to offer it and I would have had to get it there.
It was easy to make the appointment. My air conditioner was fixed and is working very well. I only gave 4 stars because it took an extra half day, The only thing I would have liked to have known that you now have a 3% charge if you use a credit card. If known I would have brought my check book with me.

I came into Ford for service on my Maverick, however was extremely interested in checking out the Ford Rangers. I took our 2015 Ford Edge into Fairview for two Safety Recalls and a Check Engine emission code. Alex in Service quickly took the car in for evaluation and kept me up to date with their findings. The repairs were completed within a couple of days, when a week was estimated originally due to parts shipment. The repairs were expertly completed and the cost estimate was accurate. I am pleased with Fairview, Alex and their service.

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Fairview Ford. The experience went smoothly, and there were no surprises. The sales associate, Danny, was a straight shooter who answered my questions. The pricing was laid out transparently, and I appreciate that neither Danny nor the finance department tried to tack on any aftermarket dealer add-ons. I’ve purchased a number of vehicles over the years, and this is about as straightforward and no-hassle as it gets. Would certainly go back to Fairview in the future!

Manny made the process very easy and painless. The only criticism is the extra seats installed are about a foot to far back which limits the storage area. That was not his issue it was the company that did the installation.
